Rebekah G. Strickland
Rebekah G. Strickland is a staff attorney at Lefkoff, Duncan, Grimes, McSwain, & Hass, P.C. Becky concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate administration and tax exempt organizations.
Becky prepares wills, trust agreements, and other legal documents to implement client estate plans. She also has extensive experience in establishing non profit tax exempt organizations, including private family foundations.
Becky was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1985. She was a law clerk to the Honorable Charles Clark, then Chief Judge of the United State Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1985- 1986). Before joining Lefkoff Duncan, Becky practiced in the areas of estate planning and tax exempt organizations with the Atlanta firm of Kilpatrick & Cody (1986-1994), now Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. Becky is a member of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
Becky received her undergraduate degree (1978) in English, with high honor, from Agnes Scott College, where she was member of Mortar Board and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree (1985), magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where she was a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
