Elizabeth M. Dalziel is an associate attorney at Lefkoff, Duncan, Grimes, McSwain, Hass & Hanley, P.C. Elizabeth works primarily in tax and estate planning, probate, and estate administration. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2015 and to the Florida Bar in 2025.

A native of Marietta, Georgia, Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Samford University in 2010 with a B.A. degree in Language and World Trade with a concentration in French. At Samford, she participated in Reformed University Fellowship and was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity.

Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2015. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Masters of Law (LLM) in Taxation. It was at the University of Florida where Elizabeth discovered her passion for estate planning.

Elizabeth began her legal career at Parker MacIntyre in Atlanta, where she focused primarily on securities law. She then worked at Reece & Associates in Atlanta, where her concentration was in construction and real estate.

In 2023, Elizabeth joined Lefkoff, Duncan, Grimes, McSwain, Hass & Hanley, P.C. and was able to focus again on estate planning, where she believes she is genuinely able to assist clients in a personal and tangible way.

Elizabeth enjoys choral music, travel, reading, and playing trivia.
